What is the Energy Supply Co. Subscription Box?

Tired of the same boring energy drinks? We are too. Luckily, those days are over. Energy Supply Co. searches the globe each month to bring you the best energy drinks you never knew existed. We select six energy drinks each month, pack them into a box with information cards and promotional offers, and send them off to our fellow energy drink fanatics.

Any more details on the drinks included?

We work with three different brands each month and include two cans from each brand in the box. Most of the time this means you'll get to try a couple different flavors from each brand, however, at times a brand only comes in one flavor. In this case, you'll receive two cans of the same flavor.

In addition to the six cans included in every box, you'll also receive info cards for each product. These cards provide descriptions and insight into each product we include in the box.

We also throw as many extra goodies as possibly into each box. This means stickers, preview items, etc. We hook you up.

How do I get it?

It's simple.  Click the "Subscribe" link at the top of the page then select from our 1-month, 3-month, and 6-month plans.  That's all there is to it.

Also, if you'd rather not pay for it yourself, ask someone to gift it to you.

Can I cancel or pause my subscription?

You sure can.  To skip a month login to your account and click the "edit" button underneath the "Subscriptions" box. On the next screen you will see an option to "Skip Next Renewal".

You can cancel your subscription by simply sending a request to cancel@energysupplyco.com and we'll take care of it immediately.

When can I expect my first box and first renewal?

Our boxes ship on the 10th day of each month.  You will receive your box around the 13th every month.

You must place your order by the 1st of the month in order to receive a box for the upcoming month.

Renewals are processed on the 17th of each month.

Where do you ship and is there a shipping cost?

Shipping & handling is $4.99 within the United States and all 16 U.S. territories.

International shipping is $55.00. We currently ship to Denmark, France, Finland, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, and the United Kingdom. Yes, that is expensive, but it is less than what we actually pay to have these boxes shipped internationally.

Can I send the box as a gift?

You betcha!  Gift subscriptions are available in lengths of 1-month, 3-months, and 6-months.  Simply click the "Gift" link at the top of the site and add your selection to the shopping cart.  Any questions can be emailed to info@energysupplyco.com .

How do I change my address or payment information?

This can be done by logging into your account and changing your payment information and shipping address.  You can access your account here .

What is your refund policy?

Unfortunately, we cannot give refunds after the billing cycle has been completed. You may cancel whenever you like, but if you cancel after the billing period (17th of the month), you will receive one more box for the upcoming month.
